At Osseo Group, we are committed to providing high-quality imaging solutions backed by a reliable warranty programme. This document outlines the warranty coverage for Meyer CBCT systems, including standard and extended warranty terms, as well as the conditions and exclusions that apply.
Our standard 5-year limited warranty covers Meyer CBCT systems with or without Cephalometric (Ceph) functionality. In addition, Meyer offers an optional 8-year extended warranty for customers who meet the required annual preventative maintenance conditions.
This document also details warranty coverage for clinical repairs performed by Meyer or an authorised dealer, as well as exclusions that may apply. For non-Meyer components or accessories, the original manufacturer's warranty, if available, will apply.

Meyer CBCT with and without Ceph 5 Years
Unless noted above, products (including accessories, components, and replacement components) not manufactured by Meyer are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty, if any, and are not covered by this Limited Warranty.
Please contact your local authorised Meyer dealer (Osseo Group) for specific warranty information of the original manufacturer or you may contact the original manufacturer directly.
Clinical Repairs Performed by Meyer
Clinical repairs performed directly by Meyer or authorised Meyer dealer (Osseo Group) including associated components, are warranted by Meyer against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 6 months.
Clinical repairs not performed by an authorised Meyer dealer (Osseo Group) are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, if any, and are not covered by this Limited Warranty. Meyer’s Warranty does not cover:
i. Representations and warranties made by any person or entity other than Meyer.
ii. Damage caused by normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of materials over time.
iii. Damage caused by improper installation, care, or maintenance, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, negligence, tampering, failure to seek and obtain repair or replacement in a timely manner, alterations, freight damage, natural disaster, or any other cause or force majeure beyond Meyer’s control (failure to follow Meyer’s Instructions for Use and applicable product operation and maintenance instructions, including installation instructions, will void the warranty).
iv. Damage caused by routine maintenance or in connection with the use of chemicals and processes for cleaning or disinfecting. v. Changes in colour caused by natural or artificial light.
vi. Products that have been altered or modified.
Meyer’s Extended Warranty (8 years)
i. 8 Year Extended Warranty – (8 years warranty on all parts. 2 years’ service warranty)
ii. Carries the same warranty conditions as the standard limited warranty.
iii. However, is subject to annual preventative maintenance during years 3-8 by an authorised Meyer dealer (Osseo Group). Failure to conduct annual preventative maintenance during years 3-8 will void the 8-year warranty extension.
iv. Contact your local Meyer authorised dealer (Osseo Group) for preventative maintenance pricing.
