Why Bring Splint Manufacturing In-House?

Higher Profit Margins - Splints are among the most profitable dental appliances, typically priced between $500–$1,200 per case, with minimal material costs.

Faster Turnaround - Traditional splint fabrication can take weeks. With in-house 3D printing, you can produce splints on the same day or the next.

Cost Savings - Eliminate lab fees and shipping costs while maintaining full control over quality and customisation.

Better Patient Experience - Provide patients with precise, comfortable splints in a single visit – improving compliance and satisfaction.
